We do not make it possible to turn over the goods. Our products are old and it is thus normal to find traces of wear of time. If you have questions about the aspect general of one item in particular, do not hesitate to contact us before proceeding to an order.
Policy of delivery
A five working days deadline must be allocated for the treatment and the packing of the orders. The buyer will have to calculate from three to five working days for a delivery in Canada. Following your purchase, a number of follow-up will be provided to you by Postes Canada to warn you of the state of your order. For any question relating to the transport of your parcel, you will be able to contact the service to the customers of Canada Stations with 1-877-236-5622. The services of transport for Canada which we use are Postes Canada and Expedibus. For a fast delivery, please communicate with us by email or telephone. It is possible to recover free your order directly in store. We will warn you by email to indicate to you that item is ready to be collected.
Expenses of delivery
The expenses of delivery are calculated according to the dimension and weight’s of the items. We divide them into three categories:
For Quebec and Ontario, the expenses of delivery are as follows:
- Small items (jewels, currency, medals, etc): 9,00$
- Average items (hat, trophy, together of glasses, etc): 15,00$
- Large items (cutlery, clock, tally, etc): 25,00$
For the other provinces of Canada, the expenses of delivery are as follows:
- Small items (jewels, currency, medals, etc): 12,00$
- Average items (hat, trophy, together of glasses, etc): 25,00$
- Large items (cutlery, clock, tally, etc): 45,00$
For the United States, the expenses of delivery are as follows:
- Small items (jewels, currency, medals, etc): 15,00$
- Average items (hat, trophy, together of glasses, etc): 35,00$
- Large items (cutlery, clock, tally, etc): 65,00$
For any delivery outside Canada and from the United States, please contact us by email to know the expenses of delivery. The possible custom charges remain with the load of the recipient.
Of the additional expenses can apply for forwarding towards distant areas. You will be informed of these expenses, if necessary, and you will always have the possibility of cancelling your order if the expenses proved out of your budget. If you wish to make the purchase of an object except standard (example: a lamp flare) or of a piece of furniture, please contact us so that we determine the method of delivery as well as the best possible tariff. You can combine several orders to profit from a reduction of the expenses of delivery only if it is possible to pack the items in the same box.
