Massive italian marble lamp on original dark green pedestal. It features a young couple back from market with baskets filled with fish, fruits or vegetables. They appear to be reading a newspaper. In excellent condition. The shade at the top has opaque spots surely due to the use of a warm bulb overheating the marble. (see photos)
